I fell into a bind and the mortgage company was not willing to work with me to get caught back up. I tried to catch up but after a while all my other bills started to fall behind. I didn’t know what to do. I got a letter from Milwaukee House Solutions and took a chance. I had received several letters from other companies but all of them wanted me to pay before they could help me and I couldn’t do that. Milwaukee House Solutions didn’t charge me a dime and was able to salvage my credit and allow me a new start. It if wasn’t for me making that call to Milwaukee House Solutions I don’t know where I would be.
I would just like to take the time to extend my gratitude for the help I received from Milwaukee House Solutions. I was in a really bad situation and facing foreclosure on my home, and the last thing I ever wanted was to be a young person with a foreclosure on my credit. Then I sat back and prayed about it and God sent me an Angel, by the name of Brian, who went above and beyond to help me out of the situation I was in and negotiate with my lender. For example, Brian faced many roadblocks from the trustee and attorneys involved and went to court to speak on my behalf. This is something he didn’t have to do and he also worked with the mortgage company to request extension dates for the closing until we got the issues resolved with all parties to avoid a sheriff’s sale. Never once did he walk away and give up. Brian worked with me from beginning to the end, regardless of how hard things were getting or how complicated they became. It is one things to have someone do something for you just to benefit themselves, but when you have someone do something out of the kindness of their hearts and show that you are more than just an opportunity it says a lot. Brian also gave me great advice on how to proceed moving forward to rebuild my credit. All of this says a lot for his character.
